This is a great hotel in a good location. Very closed to metro station When we arrived, the hotel's concierge, Mr. Franky, greeted us and helped us with whatever we needed. Mr. Franky made us feel very comfortable and friendly. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, and Ms. Jackeline upgraded our room at a special price. The welcome was really sweet from her as was the cake that was waiting for us as a gift in our room. Very nice interior pool , nice bar and very good breakfast ! Need to say that we are excited for both Westin Hamburg and Hamburg city . for sure , we will be back ❤

There truly is no hotel quite like it. The staff are professional, attentive, and kind. The breathtaking window views showcase the full panorama of Hamburg. Staying in the iconic building of one of the world’s most stunning concert halls is unforgettable and a highlight in itself.

My wife and I went to 4 concerts at the Elbphilharmonie. It was extremely convenient as the hotel lobby and the concert hall foyer were both on 8th floor. We had a Studio Room. It was spacious and clean with a great view of the city and harbour. The hotel is in a great location. The subway station is less than 10 minutes away. 3 stops and you are in the City Hall and Alster Lake area.

- Very friendly and super polite staff - Impeccable service, super fast and polite - Fantastic facility, very large, spacious and beautiful - Lifts very fast and always working - FANTASTIC rooms, with an incredible view over the city and the sea, very comfortable bed, bathroom, shower, bath, desk, everything perfect and comfortable

See a concert in the Elbphilharmonie Expensive restaurants beside the hotels but good value ones a little west of it. Limebikes to get around the city
